I have always respected the disciplinary teachers since my school days.. They were given this heavy responsibilities by the management of the school to uphold the school rules that is not even set by them in the first place. When i see students being rude and hostile and talking bad about them behind their backs, i can only shake my head and sigh.....
They are just doing their job.. why do students hate them so much when in the first place, is them who broke the school rules...
Guess they are just not mature enough to understand the whole situation and see the big picture like i used to... and i totally regret it... but on the other hand, is part and parcel of growing up isn't it?!
