A dosage of run a week seems to be acting effective for me. i guess if not for the runs, i would have lay down on my bed, having a cold or running a fever, or if not, slack and become fatter!! woohoo!!

Done with my part of AMR, so right now, i haveto concentrate on CRM, and aft next week, I can concentrate on hitting my books ald!! BUT.. sad to say, i still have to cont giving tuition. My tuition kid's paper falls on the same day as mine..

So since I have taken up this responsibility, i would have to commit till the end.. And aft a month, i got my pay today :) *proud*
