The call centre practical wasn't too bad though, although MS Chua was a difficult customer, but i guess she was getting tired after having to act like a SUPER DUPER difficult customer.. Haiz, anyway, there is like 5 hours break before my next class, gotta buck up and hurry do my projects!!!!
Argh... projects are irritating!!
