Finally, I managed to hit the target in my call centre!! I was so satisfied with my results, and considering the fact that it was wed, the middle of the week, which totally sux!!

I'm finally getting immune with the environment in the call centre. Time seems to be passing much faster than before. I'm glad :)

Everything is going on well and I am happy with everything around me. As days goes by, I learn to cherish every single people around me...
